Terms and conditions

1. As a separate visitor of the Gallery.
If you choose a picture, you register your participation with a special form, in which you specify your bid. The bidding period is 7 /seven/ days.  In case no other person is participating in the bidding, you will receive the picture at the address you specified with cash on delivery. The transport within the boundaries of Varna is free. If there is another bidder, we shall inform you daily on the current price during the period. You can either confirm your participation and bid, or you can quit.


2. As a participant in a public auction.
   
The auction shall be carried out at a specified date and time. You will receive an individual invitation or get informed by the media. The auction shall be carried out in the presence of a notary public in the gallery.


3. As a participant in the online auction.

    THE PROPERTIES OF A PAINTING, THE PERIOD FROM THE BEGINNING TO THE END OF THE AUCTION, THE CURRENT PRICE AND THE MINIMUM BID ARE LISTED BESIDE EACH PICTURE ON THE SITE. After viewing the exposition and deciding to take part in the auction, please register. Follow the bidding and if you win, we will send you an official note and the account to which you must transfer the money. After receiving the transfer with cash on delivery with a courier, you will receive the original of the work of art you chose and a CERTIFICATE OF DONATION. You will be automatically included in the database of donors, becoming a participant in the competition for "BEST DONOR".

    The account for charity shall be opened a week before New Year’s Eve.  The money shall be given out to the needy by a committee that includes a representative of the Ministry of Health Care and a notary public.

ATTENTION,
If you own a hotel or another large establishment, YOU CAN ORDER POSTERS WITH THE ORIGINAL OR ORIGINALS YOU CHOSE AND OTHER TRADE AND ADVERISING MATERIALS: CALENDARS, BROCHURES, CARDS WITH OR WITHOUT YOUR LOGO. The value of the order includes a sum for charity. Take the opportunity at hand.
